For authentic Mexican with a modern twist, you can’t go wrong with Papatzul. The casual elegant dining room is the ideal backdrop to any night out, and the warm and wonderful service makes it a perfect choice for delivery.

Chef Thierry Amezcua (formerly of Il Buco and a Mexico City native) brings authentic Mexican to Soho. His cuisine is complemented by a colorful, lively bar serving great margaritas, sangria and an extensive tequila list.

The updated Mexican menu includes Tacoyos con Pollo, Duck Enchiladas con Mole, Ceviche and Baby Rack of Lamb rubbed with Ancho Chiles. Flan and meringue cap off an excellent meal.

Join us on Thursday nights at 8pm for our Mariachi band while enjoying cocktails at the bar or dinner in our dining room. Weekend brunch starts mid-October.

Totopos con Guacamole—Guacamole and tortilla chips

Tlacoyos de Pollo—Tortillas stuffed with refried beans topped with shredded chicken, queso fresco and avocado tomatillo salsa

Ceviche Vuelve a la Vida—Citrus marinated shrimp, fish of the day and scallops with tostadas

Flautas de Pollo con Hongos—Crispy golden chicken and mushroom taquitos served with lettuce, avocado, cream and salsa borracha with rice and beans on the side

Budin al Pasilla—Layered tortilla casserole with Pasilla Chile sauce, shredded chicken, black beans and thick cream

Enchiladas de Pollo con Mole de Almendra—Corn tortillas with chicken in a rich almond role served with rice

Very good food. Have never had delivery, but eat in is excellent. Ingredients seemed fresh, and the menu was well thought out and varied.
